He was born in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, where he was raised. He later lived in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah and the Riyadh region. He obtained his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees from the College of Arabic Language at the Islamic University of Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

He specializes in linguistics, language studies, and linguistic research related to the vocabulary of the Holy Qur’an and the Prophetic Hadith. He has authored a number of books and published scientific research at both local and international levels, including peer-reviewed articles in journals indexed in WOS, Scopus, ERA, MyCite, and other indexing databases.

He is currently working as a lecturer at the Faculty of Languages at Al-Madinah International University in Malaysia, holding the rank of Associate Professor. He was appointed Deputy Executive Director for Student Affairs at the university in 2024 and previously served as Dean of Student Affairs from 2020 to 2021. He is also a member of the Academic Scientific Council.

Prior to this, he worked in Saudi Arabia for nine years at the Islamic University of Madinah and for six years at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in the Riyadh region. At both universities, he was involved in teaching and administrative duties. He has organized numerous scientific, cultural, and social programs and activities for students and others, and has participated in many academic and administrative committees.

He has a strong interest in community service programs and has delivered various training courses and academic workshops. He has also contributed to the review of scientific research and judging of diverse academic and cultural competitions. Additionally, he has participated in numerous academic events such as conferences, seminars, forums, public lectures, and competitions in Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and other countries.
